I. The Membership Architecture

In alignment with our Solution-Engineering model, we provide two distinct entry points into the Union.

1. The Individual Human (Stateless Citizen)

• The Cost: $0.00 (Always Free).

• The Mandate: Every human being has a right to their national identity. If you identify with one of the 5,000+ unrepresented nations, you may register as a Stateless Citizen of the Union.

• The Benefit: You receive a Digital Identity Token, inclusion in the Transnational Protection Registry, and access to the Deca-Node+ Library to learn the logic of your own emancipation.

2. The Stateless Nation (Sovereign Node)

• The Cost: $100.00 USD / Year.

• The Mandate: For a nation to be taken seriously, it must act as an institution. This symbolic fee is an act of Sovereign Dues. It proves that your nation is organized, committed, and ready to participate in the "One Building."

• The Benefit: A formal Seat in the Union Council, a custom Legal Indictment drafted for your nation, and the right to use the Origine-1 Sovereign Seal on your own internal documents.

II. The "Satisfaction Donation": The Power of 1 Cent

We believe in the 0.01% Strategy. We encourage our 400 million members and their nations to provide a Satisfaction Donation as they see the impact of the Union's work.

• The Logic: If every member contributed just 1 cent ($0.01), the Union would have the financial power to indict every oppressive state on Earth.

• The Voice: Donors who provide "Support-Level" contributions are invited to the High Commissioner's Quarterly Briefings, where you can provide direct feedback on the engineering of the Union.

III. Apply for Association

Our application process is a Sovereign Intake Protocol. We do not ask for "permission" to register you; we ask for the Evidence of your Nationhood. 1. Submit Identity: Individuals select their nation from our verified 5,000+ data set (linked to Ethnologue and Wikipedia Archives). 2. Verification: Our Constitutional Officers review the application to ensure alignment with the Union's Protocol of Peace and Stability. 3. Activation: Your "Node" is turned on.
